3. Registration & Purchases

When making a purchase, you may choose either to register for an account or to proceed as a guest. In both cases, you must provide accurate and up-to-date details. Particular care must be taken with your email address, as it is used for order confirmations and communications, and with your shipping address, since it is essential for the correct delivery of your order.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential. inArtio S.M.P.C. reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts if we believe these Terms have been violated.

4. Purchases, Payments & Shipments

Customers can browse, select, and purchase items directly through inArtio S.M.P.C. Product prices are displayed on the platform and may or may not include VAT, depending on applicable regulations. Any additional charges, such as shipping costs, will be shown clearly before checkout.

Orders are processed in accordance with the information displayed on each product page. Payments must be made through the approved payment methods, and items are shipped according to the terms indicated by each seller.

5. Return Policy

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, unless the item is custom-made or otherwise exempt from this right under law.

Items returned must be in their original condition, including any accompanying documents or certificates and, where applicable, the original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
